- If ironing, pin the patch down, flip your garment inside out and iron the back of the patch to the garment. Pro tip: use the heat setting appropriate for the garment and iron the patch for 30 seconds, being sure to move to iron around to the edges & then flip the garment right side out and iron the front of the patch for another 30 seconds
